Chef Taylor’s creations have been delighting Pacific Northwest taste buds since he moved to the region nearly three decades ago. A graduate of the American Culinary Federation Apprenticeship Program in Seattle, Chef Taylor has worked at several hotels and private clubs in the area, including Bellevue Club, one of the “eastside’s” premier exclusive establishments.
The last nine years of Chef Taylor’s career have been spent at Talaris Conference Center, where he has developed his own signature style of cuisine—comfort food prepared in classic Northwest fashion with Mediterranean accents.
