Complete Meeting Package

The distinctively Northwest Talaris Conference Center offers the Complete Meeting Package (CMP) as a cost-effective resource to meeting and event planners. The CMP is easy to understand, so that you can quickly estimate your meeting costs.

The Complete Meeting Package (CMP) is based on a per guest, per day charge and includes the following:

• Meeting space dedicated to your event and an expert onsite event planning manager to assist in the initial planning stage
• Audiovisual package including LCD projector and screen, one wired microphone, and one flip chart with assorted markers and drafting tape
• Wireless internet access for all attendees throughout Talaris Conference Center
• Conference supplies including pens, notepads, whiteboards, flipchart, markers, and candies
• Onsite administrative support including copying, faxing, etc. (additional charges will apply for each copy and fax)
• Continental breakfast including freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and Tazo herbal teas, fresh fruit juices, seasonal fruit platters, an assortment of bagels and breakfast breads, and cold breakfast cereals
• Mid-morning refresher including freshly brewed Starbucks coffee, Tazo herbal teas, hot chocolate, cider, chilled juices, and water
• Buffet luncheon served in the Pacific Dining Room offering a wide variety of salads, fresh fruits, imported cheeses, hot entrees, artisan breads, beverages, and desserts
• Gratuity is included in the price of the CMP
• Complimentary parking on the Talaris grounds for all attendees and presenters
