“Just the Essentials” Complete Meeting Package (CMP)

Keep your budgets in check with Talaris Conference Center’s “Just the Essentials” CMP (Complete Meeting Package) This basic CMP is slimmed down to the bare necessities, but served up with the same level of service. Package includes:

Main meeting room
Basic continental breakfast (muffins, pastries, whole fruit, fruit juice, and coffee)
Deli-style lunch served in your meeting room (chef’s choice deli meat, condiments, sandwich fixings, and green salad)
Afternoon break (chef’s choice snack, coffee, tea, soda, and water)
Basic audiovisual package (screen, LCD projector, one flipchart, whiteboard, and wireless internet)
Parking

$60 per person plus tax

Small Group Packages

To make your meeting planning experience as easy as possible, we have designed a collection of Small Group Packages ideal for groups of 10-25 people. Choose between Rise and Shine, Working Lunch, or Afternoon Break. Each package includes:

Room rental
Standard room setup (choice of: theater, classroom, u-shape, conference, or rounds)
House linens, notepad, and pencils
Whiteboard and markers
Water station
Screen
Wireless Internet
Parking

RISE AND SHINE PACKAGE
8:00am to 12:00pm | 10-25 people | $25.00/person

Basic Breakfast
Includes chef’s choice pastries served with butter, preserves, seasonal fresh fruit, Starbucks Coffee, and assorted Tazo Teas

You may add our lunch selection (choice of Pasta Bar, Taco Bar, or Talaris Signature Salad) and /or one extra hour of room rental for an additional $16/person.

WORKING LUNCH PACKAGE
11:00am to 2:00pm | 10-25 people | $31.00/person

Lunch
(Choice of one, plus Chef’s choice dessert)

Pasta Bar
with Chef's choice sauce, served with Caesar salad and garlic bread

Taco Bar
Served with corn tortillas, ground beef, black beans, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and tortilla chips

Fruit & Cheese
Served with seasonal greens, fresh vegetables, grilled chicken or salmon, and accompaniments

AFTERNOON BREAK PACKAGE
1:00 to 5:00pm | 10-25 people | $27.50/person

Choose one of the following afternoon breaks:

Sweet Escape
Chocolate covered malt balls, freshly baked cookies and assorted candies

Healthy Habits
Market fresh vegetable crudités served with hummus and grilled pita

Cheese Please!
Assorted cheese and crackers with fruit, and mixed nuts
